Payment Processing
On rare occasions problems with a 3rd party such as our payment processor may mean that we are not able to take your order or you may get some error messages when trying to complete your transaction. In the event that this happens to you please try your transaction again. If this fails please give us a call as we may be in a position to take telephone orders or at least take your details so we can contact you to complete your purchase at a later time.
Not happy with your purchases
In the event that you are unhappy with any of your items when you receive them we will always offer you a refund or an exchange. All that we ask is that you contact us by e-mail on woof@dougalsden.co.uk prior to sending back your items to let us know the reason for your return. Then simply return your items in the original condition with all original packaging. As soon as we receive your return we will carry out a refund.
